At Orthofeet®, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day risk-free wear test to ensure your footwear provides the perfect fit and relief. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
